DVD Catalogue

At the moment, most of the matches we filmed for Youth League teams between 1990 and 2003 are still on S-VHS video-tape masters and have not yet been converted to DVD. Once we have done so, they will then be listed in this online catalogue for ordering at £10.00 per copy (including postage & packing to U.K. destinations).

Matches filmed from August 2003 onwards have all been mastered on DVD already, and these will be listed in our catalogue shortly (at £10.00 per copy).

HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR BACK-CATALOGUE OF YOUTH LEAGUE DVD’S

We are currently setting up an online payment facility which should be functional at some stage during 2012.

In the meantime, you can order DVD’s from our catalogue by CLICKING HERE to download a PDF Order Form for printing and posting off to us with a cheque or postal order, or you can

CLICK HERE to download the Order Form as a Word Document which you can then type your order into and e-mail it to us as an attachment. You can then pay for your order directly into our account by BACS (Internet Banking) and you can find our account details on the Order Form.

If you require your DVD order to be posted overseas, please contact us for confirmation of postage prices before you place your order. Customers from outside the U.K. are also advised that our DVD’s are supplied in the PAL format only.

Personal callers to our office address who wish to pay in cash on collection for their DVD orders MUST make an appointment. We do not have a shop and our office is in a residential road with very little car parking space.

Please also note that we are not VAT-registered.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders of less than five DVD’s will be posted off using standard Royal Mail First Class post. For orders of five DVD’s or more, we will use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

In general, all orders for DVD’s that are listed in this catalogue as edited & produced should be fulfilled and posted off within seven days of receiving your payment. Orders for unedited DVD’s may take longer, especially during the months of March, April, May & June as that is our busiest time of year.

ORDERING FROM YOUR CLUB SECRETARY OR TEAM MANAGER

If you have just had your Youth Team’s Cup Final or any other match filmed by Hughes Video Services within the past month or so, please speak to your Club Secretary or Team Manager if you would like a copy on DVD.

When we film Cup Finals and other matches for Youth League Teams, if they have chosen Options 3 or 4 on our Price List, they receive six copies on DVD that are included with the cost of filming, editing & production. If any extra copies are required, we advise the person who has booked us (normally the Club Secretary or Manager) to collect in the money and pay us rather than asking each player or supporter to order from us directly. We can then make one delivery of all the extra DVD's/videos to the Club Secretary/Manager, which is obviously far more convenient for everybody concerned.

We have kept the Match-Day Programmes (or lists of participating players) from virtually all matches listed on this website.

That means that if you are unsure as to whether you (or somebody you know) played in a particular match that we have listed, you can contact us first (preferably by e-mail) to find out before you go ahead and place your order.
