Since way back in 1990, we have covered a number of Cup Finals for Youth teams of all age groups in London and surrounding counties (i.e. Hertfordshire, Middlesex, Essex, Kent & Surrey). These Cup Finals invariably take place at the end of each season during March, April & May, and we are assisted by experienced freelance cameramen so that we can cope with filming several matches at different venues on the same day.

Back in the early 1990's, we gained most of our bookings to film Youth Team Cup Finals as a result of us filming regularly for Enfield F.C. in the Ryman League on Saturdays. A fair number of Enfield's supporters were involved in local Youth Football, either with Enfield F.C.'s own Youth Teams or with clubs in the same League, and having bought Match Videos or Compilations already, they therefore had no hesitation in using our services whenever their teams reached a Cup Final as they were fully aware of the quality of video that we could produce.

With many of these teams reaching County Cup Finals, it therefore resulted in teams from other areas becoming aware of our services and booking us to film future matches, so we have gradually managed to cover Youth Team matches all over London and surrounding counties since then. More recently, we have been booked to film a number of Cup Finals as a result of Youth teams being able to see examples of our filming, editing & production work on our You Tube channel.

Full details on how we can film Cup Finals & other matches for Youth Teams can be found under Filming Matches.

Our various filming options  and prices can be found on our Pricing, Payment & Delivery page.

Over the past few years, and especially since we started producing matches on DVD, we have received numerous compliments from satisfied customers who are impressed with our finished product, and we often hear that the youngsters who have played in those matches watch their DVD's almost 'non-stop' afterwards and love showing them off to their friends and relatives. Since 2008 we have been filming the George Parris Boys’ Tournaments every Summer at West Ham United's old Boleyn Ground for Football For Fans, in addition to other Youth Mini-Soccer Tournaments that they organised at venues such as Southampton’s St. Mary’s Stadium and Norwich City’s Carrow Road. Football For Fans have now teamed up with a new company, Play On The Pitch, and hopefully we will be involved in some capacity with that venture as well.

Football For Fans and Play On The Pitch specialise in giving amateur players the chance to play in a professional club's stadium as part of an all-day or half-day Tournament, with a tour of the stadium being included in the price. The Mini-Soccer Tournaments sees the main 11-a-side pitch split up into four pitches, so we therefore have cameramen filming from the Upper Tiers on the half-way line of each pitch. We also have another cameraman down at pitch level filming the opening parades and also the presentation ceremonies at the end of the Tournament. The matches are invariably 15, 20 or 25-minutes long and teams normally play a minimum of 80 minutes football throughout the day.

DVD's or USB Sticks are produced for each participating team (if requested before the Tournament starts), but these are only available directly from the Tournament organisers and not via this website. To enquire as to the availability and cost of previous Football For Fans Tournament DVD's and/or USB Sticks, please contact Tournament organiser Jeff Garner.
If you are a Youth Tournament Organiser and you would like us to cover your stadium event, please contact us for prices.

Once we have been paid for the filming, editing & production of a Youth Cup Final (or other matches) by the participating team(s) who have booked us, the match will then be listed in our Youth League DVD Catalogue on this website for the general public to be able to purchase a copy (unless the teams(s) who have specifically booked us to film the match request otherwise). We still have the master copies of Sunday League Cup Finals dating back to 2004 and indeed we often receive enquiries from players who played in matches that we filmed many years ago who have either lost their original copy or didn’t buy one in the first place. Please note that all Cup Finals that we filmed before 2004 were mastered on S-VHS only. Unfortunately S-VHS is now an obsolete format and extremely difficult to transfer onto DVD, so in general those matches are no longer available.

DVD’s (and from 2017 onwards, USB Sticks and match file downloads) can now be purchased individually from the Youth League DVD Catalogue on this website using credit or debit cards via PayPal. This replaces the old system of having to post cheques to our office with a hand-written order form. Please view our Youth League DVD Catalogue for instructions.

We have filmed numerous players in Youth Team Cup Finals over the years who have gone on to play professionally, with several becoming Premier League stars and even Internationals. The most famous of these are undoubtedly Manchester City & England’s Raheem Sterling, who we filmed playing for Brent Schools U-14’s in 2009, Chelsea & England's Ashley Cole, who we captured on film playing for Westward Boys in 1992 and 1993 and for Hackney & Tower Hamlets Schools in 1996, and his former Chelsea & England team-mate Joe Cole, who was filmed playing in two Cup Finals for Chapel Boys Under-12's in 1994. (See picture right). We have also filmed the likes of Tottenham's Ledley King, Aston Villa's Luke Young & Queens Park Rangers’ Shaun Wright-Phillips playing for amateur Youth Teams in their early days, all three of these players being England Internationals of course. In addition to those five players, there are others on the books of Premier League or Football League Clubs who we have filmed playing in Cup Finals for various Youth Teams since 1990 and there will certainly be many more who will make a breakthrough in the next few years.

Our Youth Team Cup Final DVD's are therefore very popular with the players who actually played in the matches, especially when they can show their friends or relatives a DVD of themselves playing with or against somebody who is now famous !
