OUR YOUTH LEAGUE FILMING HISTORY |
|
Back in the early 1990's, we gained most of our bookings to film Youth Team Cup Finals as a result of us filming regularly for Enfield F.C. in the Ryman League on Saturdays. A fair number of Enfield's supporters were involved in local Youth Football, either with Enfield F.C.'s own Youth Teams or with clubs in the same League, and having bought Match Videos or Compilations already, they therefore had no hesitation in using our services whenever their teams reached a Cup Final as they were fully aware of the quality of video that we could produce. With many of these teams reaching County Cup Finals, it therefore resulted in teams from other areas becoming aware of our services and booking us to film future matches, so we have gradually managed to cover Youth Team matches all over London and surrounding counties since then.More recently, we have been booked to film a number of Cup Finals as a result of Youth teams being able to see examples of our filming, editing & production work on our You Tube channel. Our contact details and website address is included on the back of every DVD insert that we produce, and many bookings that we receive to film matches are from clubs who have seen another club's DVD and contacted us as a result. We also receive a lot of bookings for filming Cup Finals because our prices are so low in comparison to other video companies. We prefer to charge a low price for filming, editing & production and charge relatively high prices for extra copies rather than the other way round. This ensures that Youth League teams can afford to have their game filmed in the first place. Full details on how we can film Cup Finals & other matches for Youth Teams can be found under Filming Matches. Our various filming options and prices can be found on our Pricing, Payment & Delivery page. Over the past few years, and especially since we started producing matches on DVD, we have received numerous compliments from satisfied customers who are impressed with our finished product, and we often hear that the youngsters who have played in those matches watch their DVD's almost 'non-stop' afterwards and love showing them off to their friends and relatives. ‘FOOTBALL FOR FANS’ TOURNAMENTS |
|
Since 2008 we have been filming the George Parris Boys’ Tournaments every Summer
at West Ham United's Boleyn Ground for Football For Fans, and we hope to cover more
Tournaments for The George Parris Tournament sees the pitch split up into four Mini-Soccer pitches, so we therefore have cameramen filming from the Upper Tiers on the half-way line of each pitch (as you will see from the main picture on our Home Page). We also have another cameraman down at pitch level filming the opening parades and also the presentation ceremonies at the end of the Tournament. The matches are invariably 15, 20 or 25-minutes long and teams normally play a minimum of 80 minutes football throughout the day. DVD's are produced for each participating team (if requested before the Tournament starts), but these are only available directly from Football For Fans and not via this website. To enquire as to the availability and cost of DVD's, please contact Tournament organiser Jeff Garner. |

OUR YOUTH LEAGUE DVD CATALOGUE |
|
We are currently working on producing an online catalogue for this website whereby DVD’s can be purchased individually using credit or debit cards via PayPal. This will completely replace the old system of having to post cheques to our office with a hand-written order form. We hope to have this facility in place at some stage during 2012. To order our DVD’s in the meantime (by BACS payments, cheques or cash), please view our Youth League DVD Catalogue for instructions. |

FAMOUS PLAYERS WHO HAVE PLAYED IN YOUTH MATCHES WE HAVE FILMED |
|
We have filmed numerous players in Youth Team Cup Finals over the years who have
gone on to play professionally, with several becoming Premier League stars and even
Internationals. Our Youth Team Cup Final DVD's are therefore very popular with the players who actually played in the matches, especially when they can show their friends or relatives a DVD of themselves playing with or against somebody who is now famous ! |
