DVD Catalogue

At the moment, most of the matches we filmed between 1990 and 2003 are still on S-VHS video-tape masters and have not yet been converted to DVD. Once we have done so, they will then be listed in this online catalogue for ordering at £10.00 per copy (including postage & packing to U.K. destinations).

Matches filmed from August 2003 onwards have all been mastered on DVD already, but a large number of those matches will be unedited copies with no titles, slow-motion replays or presentation library cases/full-colour inserts. This is because most of the filming we have been doing for Non-League clubs during the past 8 years has been primarily for the Team Managers and for television companies. Fully edited DVD’s of those games are therefore only produced if there is sufficient demand from supporters at the time.

HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR BACK-CATALOGUE OF NON-LEAGUE DVD’S

We are currently setting up an online payment facility which should be functional at some stage during 2012.

In the meantime, you can order DVD’s from our catalogue by CLICKING HERE to download a PDF Order Form for printing and posting off to us with a cheque or postal order, or you can

CLICK HERE to download the Order Form as a Word Document which you can then type your order into and e-mail it to us as an attachment. You can then pay for your order directly into our account by BACS (Internet Banking) and you can find our account details on the Order Form.

If you require your DVD order to be posted overseas, please contact us for confirmation of postage prices before you place your order. Customers from outside the U.K. are also advised that our DVD’s are supplied in the PAL format only.

Personal callers to our office address who wish to pay in cash on collection for their DVD orders MUST make an appointment. We do not have a shop and our office is in a residential road with very little car parking space.

Please also note that we are not VAT-registered.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders of less than five DVD’s will be posted off using standard Royal Mail First Class post. For orders of five DVD’s or more, we will use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

In general, all orders for DVD’s that are listed in this catalogue as edited & produced should be fulfilled and posted off within seven days of receiving your payment. Orders for unedited DVD’s may take longer, especially during the months of March, April, May & June as that is our busiest time of year.

BULK ORDERS FROM CLUB SHOPS FOR DVD’S

Ever since we started back in 1990, we have always encouraged Non-League Club Shops to place bulk orders of DVD's from us at discounted prices, with copies then being sold on to players, officials & supporters at our listed (recommended retail) prices in order to make a profit for their club.

If you are a Manager of a Club Shop (or a Club Official) who wishes to place a bulk order, please note that our minimum order is 10 copies of any one title. These will be priced at £7.00 per copy (including free delivery). However, if clubs wish to design & print their own inserts for the 7mm slimline clear DVD library cases that we supply with our DVD’s, we will reduce our price to £6.00 per copy.

Please note that all bulk orders for Club Shops must be paid for either by cheque or by BACS (Internet Banking) in advance or by cash on collection/delivery. Under no circumstances will we allow Clubs to pay for goods '30 days later'. This is due to the occasional past experiences we have had with Non-League Clubs going bust or issuing us with bounced cheques !

If any Non-League Club shops are selling our DVD’s online whereby Credit/Debit Card payments can be taken, we will create a link to the item on their website from our own online catalogue so that the item is ordered through the club instead of directly from ourselves. The club will then continue to make a profit from the DVD’s they have ordered from us.

We have kept the Match-Day Programmes (or lists of participating players) from virtually all matches listed on this website.

That means that if you are unsure as to whether you (or somebody you know) played in a particular match that we have listed, you can contact us first (preferably by e-mail) to find out before you go ahead and place your order.
