HOW TO ORDER FROM OUR BACK-CATALOGUE OF NON-LEAGUE DVD'S & VIDEOS

We recommend that you follow the instructions below

  You will need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer to be able to download and print the PDF version.

  You can also Click Here for a Word (doc) version of our Order Form, which you can save to your computer's hard drive and fill in using the Microsoft Word program before printing it off.

• Click on the 'Back' button on your browser, then Click Here for OUR NON-LEAGUE Football Catalogue, then scroll through the pages and list on the printed Order Form the DVD's and/or videos that you require.

• Click Here for the Mens' Sunday League Football (including Edmonton Rovers matches) Catalogue and/or
  Click Here for the Youth League Catalogue
  if you wish to add DVD's or videos from those categories to your order.

• FILL IN YOUR NAME, ADDRESS (including postcode) and a CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER and/or E-MAIL ADDRESS ON THE ORDER FORM.

• SEND A CHEQUE (OR POSTAL ORDERS) FOR THE CORRECT AMOUNT AS LISTED IN THE CATALOGUES (and don't forget to add £1.50 postage & packing per DVD/video).

PLEASE NOTE
At the moment, we do NOT have facilities in place where we can accept Credit or Debit Card payments over the phone,
by mail order or online through this website, although this is something we are currently looking into.
For the time being, we can only take payments made by cheque or by Postal Order (which is actually an increasingly popular option).

OTHER MAIL ORDERING INFORMATION

• If your order is for five or more assorted TITLES OF DVD'S & VIDEOS, then Postage & Packing will be free of charge.

• If you order five or more copies of the same title, they will be priced at £8.50 each instead of £11.00 each (including Compilations !), with postage & packing also free of charge.

• In most cases, your order for Back-Catalogue DVD'S and/or VIDEOS will be delivered to you within 7-10 days OF US RECEIVING YOUR CHEQUE (and slightly quicker than that if you send Postal Orders).
  This is because most titles in our Catalogues will need to be run off from Master Copies once they are ordered.
  Also, a small number of titles listed in our Non-League Catalogue were never actually edited & produced, so we would have to do that first if an order was placed...thereby delaying delivery by a further 7-10 days.

• All Postage & Packing costs listed on this website apply to the U.K. only.
  Postage & Packing for other European countries is £2.00 per DVD or video and for non-European countries £3.50 per DVD or video.
  Cheques from outside the U.K. must be sent from your Bank in Sterling.

• Please note that we are not V.A.T. registered.

• Customers from outside the U.K. are advised that all DVD's & videos are supplied in the PAL format.

BULK ORDERS FROM CLUB SHOPS

• Non-League Club Shops often place bulk orders of DVD's or videos from us at discounted prices. They can then sell copies on to their players, officials & supporters at our listed (recommended retail) prices to make a profit for their club. This is far more convenient for us than selling DVD's and videos via Mail Order to individuals, so if you attend your team's games on a regular basis, why not check with the Club Shop to see if they will be stocking any of the titles listed on this website.

• If you are a Manager of a Club Shop (or a Club Official) who wishes to place a bulk order, please note that our minimum order is 5 copies of any one title. These will be at the prices listed above under the 'Other Mail Ordering Information' section.
  However, if you order 25 or more copies of any one title, we may be able to negotiate a further discount depending on the convenience of collection, delivery and/or your method of payment. Please contact us for further details.
  Please note that all bulk orders for Club Shops must be paid for either by cheque in advance or by cash on collection/delivery. Under no circumstances will we allow Clubs to pay for goods '30 days later'. This is due to the occasional past experiences we have had with Non-League Clubs going bust or issuing us with bounced cheques !

• If Laurence Hughes is filming a particular Home match for your Non-League Club, he can bring copies of previous matches along with him on the day (if requested to do so at least 7 days in advance). These can then be given to the Club Shop an hour before kick-off to be sold to supporters at the recommended retail prices as listed on this website. At the end of the match, the Club Shop can then pay us the cheaper bulk order prices (in cash only) for any DVD's or videos sold, and then keep the profit. We can then take back any unsold copies, unless the Club Shop wish to pay for them and keep them in stock to sell at future Home matches.
  Please note that this service will not be available if one of our freelance cameramen is filming your game.

• Some Non-League Clubs now have online Shops from which Credit/Debit Card payments can be taken. Our DVD's and videos can therefore also be sold to customers through those online shops, although we will of course be looking to have that facility available on this website ourselves in the near future.

• We have kept the Match-Day Programmes (or lists of participating players) from virtually all matches listed on this website.
  That means that if you are unsure as to whether you (or somebody you know) played in a particular match that we have listed, you can contact us first (preferably by e-mail) to find out before you go ahead and place your order.
